UCCXpress now provides you with the ability to attach your formatted collateral descriptions to your Illinois E-Filings. As a result, after you have completed your electronic form, you can now attach your MS Word or Adobe PDF documents to your filing. Once you click the submit button within UCCXpress your filing and attachment will be sent electronically. Expect to receive an electronic acknowledgement from the state once the filing is processed.

Entity Preferences, a highly requested feature by both our Corporate and Law Firm customers, is now available. RecordsCenter Administrators can designate specific entities or "favorites" at the user level. This will allow the user to only see such areas as Stock, Officers & Directors, Documents, and Calendar Events for those entities assigned to them. This filtering application works throughout the entire RecordsCenter application.
