• A Table of new Annotations Annotations indicating case annotations that have been added to the book since the 2006 edition. Our dedicated staff of nearly 100 editors reviews new decisions on a daily basis, ensuring that case coverage is superior in breadth and timeliness. In addition, new case annotations are clearly marked so that they can be quickly and easily identified.
• Blackline notes that follow each relevant statute to indicate the effects of the 2006 amendments. This is a major addition to this edition! No other statutes book makes it this easy to see how legislation has changed. In addition, each statute is followed by a complete legislative history.
• Full text of key business entity opinions that have recently been issued, as well as a short discussion of the cases. The companion CD-ROM includes the full text of these cases.

UCCXpress^sm (www.incspot.com)

• Under the Select Type of UCC tab in Forms Express, the Update From Date was added to give UCCXpress users the option to enter a from date if they choose to when ordering a search to reflect. Similarly, to enable UCCXpress Users the opportunity to view and print filings, CSC has re-labeled the “Print” on the tool bar with “View/Print” on the view filings page of UCCXpress under the View Filings tab.
• Additionally, under the UCC Summary tab in UCC Forms Express, the Transaction Id was added to facilitate ease of the transaction identification by UCCXpress users.
• In FileWatch^®, on the Details Page, we have added two additional fields namely: “Date Received” and “Date Sent To Jurisdiction.” These new features augment the information UCCXpress Users can view with respect to effectively monitoring their portfolio.
