  • Insurance Department
To access Search State Databases, simply login to CSCGlobal (www.cscglobal.com), click on Forms & Databases from the top navigation and then select State Databases from the side navigation. The Fall 2007 Edition of Delaware Laws Governing Business Entities contains the latest legislation from the 2007 Regular Session of the Delaware General Assembly, featuring over 100 separate amendments to key areas of Delaware business entity law for general corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. We have added fifty annotations to Delaware Chancery and Supreme Court business entity opinions, including the expansion of the right to bring direct claims (Rhodes) and a discussion of the standards to be used in analyzing acquisitions by private equity firms (Lear, Topps).

The two-volume set is also available online in a fully searchable format, with links to statutes, case annotations and opinions, as well as annotated forms for Delaware business transactions, sample bylaws and operating agreements.
