  • Under the Trust Entity Type in the File Cabinet, the Trust Date field is no longer mandatory when a user select’s “Type of Organization.” Similarly, in order to accommodate the Recorder of Deeds in Washington DC, the debtor name for UCC Amendment Types will now appear in Box 10 on the UCC form rather than Box 6.
  • Additionally, under the debtor’s address field, the mailing address field had been increased to allow a user to input 72 characters from the previous limit of 64 characters. Please note some users inputting Illinois address information may experience truncated address fields due to the 12 point all capital letters font requirement.
  • In FileWatch®, users can now edit the reference field, which allows UCCXpress users to update the information in this field to reflect changes that have occurred with their filings. Previously, users could only edit the Project ID and Matter Number fields.
