Important Information on Nevada 2008 Corporate Annual Reports

The state of Nevada requires all corporate entities to file their annual lists with the office of the Secretary of State on or before the last day of the anniversary month of the original entity filing. The filing fee is based on the value of the current total authorized stock. Annual lists can be filed online or by mail or drop off at the Nevada Secretary of State offices. Click here to learn more.
Important Information on Guam 2007 Corporate & LLC Annual Reports

The Government of the Territory of Guam requires all domestic and foreign Corporations and Limited Liability Companies to file an annual report between July 1 and September 1 at the Department of Revenue and Taxation Corporations Division and to pay an annual fee of $100.00.
