Recurring Search Service

CSC’s Recurring Search Service allows you to manage recurring searches through one familiar interface, and set up periodic searches to make sure no new judgments, tax liens or UCC liens are placed against your borrower.

CSC^® Media, in collaboration with LexisNexis^® Matthew Bender^®, is pleased to announce the release of The UCC Filing Handbooks and the September 30th release of the 2008 Fall Edition of Delaware Laws Governing Business Entities.

The UCC Filing Handbook contains chapter material explaining the most important topics related to UCC filings, as well as detailed instructions for each of the national UCC filing forms. Sample forms have also been included, as well as a glossary of key UCC terms.

The UCC Filing Handbook, State by State includes state-specific instructions, exceptions and idiosyncrasies related to UCC filings. CSC consulted with state officials in all jurisdictions to ensure that you have all the information you need to complete the forms properly.
