Domain Extensions Channel – New!
A new channel has been added called Domain Extensions. This interactive world map provides our Domain Name customers immediate access to all the domain extensions available throughout the world. The map shows each country’s TLD, in addition to the country’s population, number of internet users, gross domestic product, and the gross domestic product per capita. This new channel will help identify markets where you may want to boost your marketing presence or protect your company’s brands.
Domain Portfolio Data Channel – New!
A new channel has been added called Domain Portfolio Data that provides our Domain Name customers immediate access to their entire Domain Name information on one screen. Within one-click, customers can see their entire list of domain names and be assured that their domains are up-to-date and managed under their guidance.
Entity Management Reports
We’ve added a direct link to the CSC RecordsCenter Report application from the Entity Management channel on the CSC Dashboard. This provides our customer with access to a variety of entity management reports including Jurisdiction Reports, Name History Reports and Officer / Director Reports.

Florida Laws Governing Business Entities
In this 2008 Edition, you’ll find almost 40 legislative changes incorporating amendments through the end of the 2008 Session. Significant changes include:
- Exemption from the requirement to file articles of merger if the entity is named as a party in articles filed for the same merger
- Exemption from the requirement to file a certificate of conversion under certain circumstances
- Addition of the requirement that expulsion of a limited partner requires the consent of all of the other limited partners
- Changes to several tax credit provisions
- Elimination of the fee charged by the Department of State for searching papers or records

Maryland and The District of Columbia Laws Governing Business Entities
The 2008 Edition includes the adoption of the Revised Uniform Arbitration Act by The District of Columbia, which will take effect on July 1, 2009. You’ll also find significant changes to Maryland’s General Corporation Law, including updates to corporate procedures and alterations to the circumstances under which a stockholder may demand and receive fair value.
