In addition to existing states, we are expanding our electronic delivery service to Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey and Tennessee. Garnishments in these states will be forwarded to you via CSC’s state-of-the-art technology providing you with less paper and greater processing efficiency. CSC’s solution streamlines your acknowledgement process – allowing you to take important and necessary action for garnishments immediately. The new process for these states will take effect October 16, 2009.
